Victoza blockbuster launch (2008-2010)

As senior agency copywriter for internal activities supporting the blockbuster diabetes treatment Victoza®, I executed a successful campaign ensuring employee preparedness for Novo Nordisk’s biggest launch to date.

This long-term communications project entailed developing concepts and content for launch meetings, facilitating training workshops, scripting training films and developing presentations for a Senior Vice President and the Core Communication Team.

The key to the success of this campaign was finding new and engaging ways to integrate messaging on clinical benefits and core value arguments for different stakeholder groups as the launch date approached. This meant that teams were fully prepared to go out and tell the value story the second the launch went live.
